GIVE Group is Canada’s first and only charity real estate agent referral network, launched February 14, 2012. We have been called a philanthropic ‘matchmaking service.’ When GIVE refers a client to any REALTOR® in Canada, we donate the standard 25% commission referral fee. Our clients choose their charity to support.

How GIVE works:

 

  • Be referred from the GIVE Group to any co-operating REALTOR® – the standard 25% ‘referral fee’ commission will be split 20% gross commission to be donated to the Canadian charity of a clients’ choice and 5% gross commission to the GIVE Group for administration.

    • VANCOUVER COMMERCIAL DRIVE CANADA REALTOR CHARITY

    OR

    • Directly work with a GIVE Group REALTOR® who will give 25% of their gross commission to the chosen Canadian charity (in Vancouver BC only).

    The more GIVE real estate transactions, the more donations will go to charities.
